Daily routine and housing
Drop-off and pick-up windows are Monday to Friday 07:00–09:00 and 16:00–18:00. A walk is part of the evening and morning routine, with rest, feeding and time in a small group in between. Your dog sleeps in the house – not in a crate.

Drop off in the morning during opening hours, pick up in the evening. Evening feedback on whether your dog fits into the pack — at the day-care rate, before the first overnight stay.

Documents, liability insurance proof and notes on food and emergency contact.

During opening windows or via pick-up and drop-off in the Zurich Oberland.
Requirements
- Valid dog liability insurance
- Recommended vaccinations and regular deworming – no vaccination obligation
- Bitches in season must be announced at least 5 days in advance
- Bring medication with dosage instructions

What dog boarding costs with us
Holiday care from CHF 60 per day plus CHF 30 per night. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays the day rate is CHF 90. Arrival and departure days count as a full day; if you pick up by 12:00 noon, the departure day is charged as a half day only. A single night is also booked as holiday care. A discount applies from the second dog of the same owner. The calculator shows a non-binding estimate.

We are based at Chapfstrasse 6 in Gossau ZH. On request we collect in Wetzikon, Uster, Hinwil, Rüti ZH, Bubikon and other Zurich Oberland municipalities.

Do you take bitches in season?
Yes, by arrangement. Bitches in season must be announced at least five days before care starts.
Will you give my dog medication?
Yes. Please bring the medication with a clear dosage and enter everything in the care agreement.
Can I ask how my dog is doing during the holidays?
Yes. We stay reachable and, on request, send short updates about your dog’s day.
Do you offer boarding on public holidays or over New Year?
Yes, by individual arrangement. Weekends and public holidays sit outside the fixed drop-off windows and are planned in advance.
