A chargeable trial day shows how your dog settles into the small group – the best foundation for a trusting collaboration.

Once the Care Agreement has been signed, regular care begins – reliable, family-like and with plenty of time for your dog.

Good to know

Deliberately only a small, manageable group. Instead of a large pack, we place value on giving each dog genuine attention, calm and individual care.

A current combination vaccination against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis and parvovirosis is required. Vaccination against kennel cough and rabies, as well as regular deworming, are additionally recommended. Details can be found in our GTC.

Yes. Before the first regular care session, a personal introductory meeting and a chargeable trial day take place, so your dog can get used to the new environment at their own pace.

Day care and dog-walking service can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, holiday care up to 7 days in advance. In the case of later cancellations, the full price will be charged.

Our location is in Gossau ZH. We care for dogs from Gossau ZH and the entire Zürcher Oberland, including Wetzikon, Uster, Grüningen, Hinwil, Rüti ZH and Bubikon.

Payment is made in cash or by invoice, at the latest when the dog is handed over or before the start of holiday care. For regular care, monthly invoicing is possible in accordance with the service contract.

If the regular vet cannot be reached, we visit the nearest veterinary practice with your consent. We inform you as soon as possible; the resulting vet costs are borne by the dog owner in accordance with the care agreement.

Yes, valid dog liability insurance is required for any care and is confirmed when signing the care agreement.

Yes. From the second dog of the same owner onward, we grant a CHF 5.– discount per dog per day on day care — see the current price list.

In principle, yes — every dog is assessed individually during the trial day. Since we deliberately care for only a small group, the safety and wellbeing of all dogs takes priority; in cases of strong aggression or incompatibility, we may unfortunately not be able to offer care.
